What is your return / exchange policy?
You may return your unworn purchase for any reason within 10 days of receipt, for a complete refund, excluding shipping charges. You may also exchange your purchase for another size within 10 days of receipt, at no additional charge, excluding shipping charges. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility unless there was a mistake on the order or in the case of a defect.
*In the case of returns if you received free shipping with your order please note that $7.50 US will be subtracted from your total refund for shipping charges for domestic orders. For free shipping to Canada we will subtract $19.00 US.
*Please Note - The 10 days is from when you actually receive your package, we do not take into account the time it takes for the package to reach you, or the time it takes to get back to us. We only ask that you have your package postmarked back to us within 10 days of receiving it from us.
RETURNS
All returns must be unworn, (trying a garment on for sizing is ok). Please fill out our return form after which you will be contacted within one business day with an RMA number that you must write on the outside of the box. Please do not send back your items prior to being contacted by us.

EXCHANGES
All exchanges please contact us either by phone (866) 228-6969 / (253) 851-6947 or by email (contact@babybeauandbelle.com) and we can place a new order for you as we know time can be an important issue. In most cases after you contact us we will place a new order for you immediately and only charge you for the shipping of the items, not the items themselves. This way you can receive your replacement items much faster than making you wait until we receive your exchange items back.
