Let me start off by saying THANK YOU!!!!! Your customer service and quality of merchandise is superb!  First of all, I order the entire Tim collection (the outfit, jacket, booties, and hat) and the cross rattle. The quality of the merchandise is impeccable and the outfit is so adorable! I decided on this collection for my nephew, which I love, after searching many websites, and even my fashionista sister loved the collection! I was pleased that it was very well made and even the booties were lined with cotton so the child does not sweat. I made sure to measure my nephew and follow the chart. I am always a little hesitant to order online, especially for an infant and knowing that my nephew is in different sizes than his age. But your chart and sizing were true to size. My nephew fit in all of the pieces perfectly, thanks to you! After measuring my nephew's head and following the chart, I knew he needed a medium size hat. Except, at the time, the medium was unavailable. I ordered the small thinking that the elastic would be okay, but when I placed the order I wrote a memo asking "if there was a medium hat available if you would send it instead of the small". I chose two day shipping which it arrived on time, and to my surprise the medium hat was in the package! I was so excited to have the right size hat and very pleased with the customer service!! Like other parents, I've searched everywhere for something different and reasonably priced for my son to wear on his Christening. When I saw the Jonathan 3 pc set, I knew it was the one!!! After only ordering on the 13th I was amazed at how fast it came, I'm still waiting for other things ordered from uk sites at the same time, and yours had to come all the way from Washington!! When I opened the package up I was then blown away all over again.
